Softub Service

Service location is Colchester, VT 05446.

If you would like your motor repaired please call us at 781-974-3733 so we can troubleshoot what is going on with your Softub. We have Softub Motor boxes that we can ship via UPS with a return label back to us. You will have to pack the motor in the box and drop it off at a UPS pick up location. We will be able to diagnose your unit and call you with a price to fix it. The shipping back to you once we are done is included in the original shipping quote. Please note that we are located in Colchester, VT. We charge $165 for the shipping (lower 48) – shipping to you, back to us, and once fixed back to you again for a total of $165. The diagnostic fee is free with this service.

Due to our agreement with Softub, we can not ship most parts to an end user. We can ship complete motor packs, lids, inserts, etc. but nothing internal.

Please remember that if you alter your Softub in anyway while it is under warranty you will void your warranty.

We are not able to do at home repairs, or to pick up your tub to bring it back to our shop for repairs. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to our limited workspace we can’t take in tubs for repair at this time. If you have a tub issue please call Softub at 800-711-5382.
